Metro is the region’s Senior competitive league. They hold 7 divisions, Recreational through to AA. The league is made up of teams across the west island and for players 18+. They hold a summer 11v11league as well as a 7v7 winter league.
SAS is our internal over 35, 7v7 men’s and women’s league. The leagues take place during both summer and winter.
